B.H.C. The woman I saw was pleasant but I did not find her of much help. Having looked at my back, r. hip, r. knee. She simply said she would refer me to physio dept. Yeovil. Waited 9 weeks. Saw physiotherapist there - v. good examination - was given an exercise to do, which may help. Felt I could have had exercise advice. Felt I could have had exercise advice whilst at BHC.

I was sent for an X-ray after my initial assessment. However the practitioner was not quite sure of how the appointment system worked and I had to write to Taunton Hospital after which an appointment was made.

Good. Quick appointment, qualified MSK practitioner, gave good advice. Improved. No discussion about follow - up appointments/advice on preventive care.

I was booked into an appointment very quickly and further appointment were booked without issues and when required. I was surprised that the treatment area was shared with other patients.

It was good to get a referral to see an orthotist but when I saw him I got a completely different diagnosis. Although I have to go back to see the orthotist I think he is a waste of time. All he told me to do is buy some lace up boots!.
